Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Healthcare or related field, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics or Healthcare preferred
• 5-7 years Managed Care experience or 5-7 years Health Insurance with 1-3 years Pharmacy Operation
• 7-10 years Managed Care or Health Insurance with 3-5 years Pharmacy Operation preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analyses and develop the strategic plan for Pharmacy Services.
• Interface with stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives across the pharmacy.
• Conduct outcomes analyses to measure performance against goals.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management.
• Mentor less experienced Pharmacy team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
