• Preferred: 7–10 years Health Insurance Industry with Pharmacy Operation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analyses to develop the strategic plan for pharmacy.
• Interface with stakeholders across business areas to advance strategic initiatives.
• Conduct outcomes analyses to measure performance against goals.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management.
• Mentor less experienced Pharmacy team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
