Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a strategic leader for Pharmacy Services to drive key initiatives and partner across the organization. The role includes analysis, recommendations, and coordination with pharmacy leadership to meet defined outcomes.

Hybrid or remote work is possible; onsite 3 days a week if within 50 miles of an office, with collaborative problem-solving and mentorship responsibilities across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in health care or managed care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in development and execution of strategic initiatives for Pharmacy Services.
• Interface with stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives.
• Conduct analyses to measure outcomes against goals and report to leadership.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management and mentor junior staff.
• Work with minimal supervision and support broader strategic value propositions.
