CVS Health is seeking an experienced client onboarding and implementation leader to guide complex pharmacy programs for a diverse client base. This role focuses on strategic consulting, determining product selection and design aligned with business needs.

You will own end-to-end client delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet timelines, deliverables, and ensure a best-in-class experience that drives retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, including end-to-end client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with goals and operational needs.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives.
