CVS Health is seeking a seasoned professional to lead onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy solutions for a diverse client portfolio. You will serve as a strategic consultant, guiding product selection, plan design, and solution strategies that align with client needs.

This client-facing role drives a best-in-class experience to support retention and growth of the MPS book. You will manage end-to-end client accounts from intent gathering through rollout and transition to account

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects from end to end.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail-oriented and able to handle large volumes of complex information under tight deadlines.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; works independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with goals and operations.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and priorities; escalate risks as needed.
• Operate with autonomy while aligning with leadership and program governance.
