CVS Health is seeking an onboarding and implementation leader to manage the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs for a diverse client portfolio. You will guide clients on product selection, plan design, and solution strategies that align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from end to end.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage large volumes of complex information under tight deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight from leadership.
