The position owns end-to-end client account management, from intent gathering through implementation and transition to account management, requiring strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with goals and operations.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and priorities.
• Operate autonomously while escalating risks or issues when needed.
