Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned professional to lead onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs for a diverse client portfolio. This strategic consultant guides product selection, plan design, and solution strategies aligned with client needs.

The client-facing role owns end-to-end account management from intent gathering to implementation and transition to the account management team. Success relies on collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure timely execution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, including end-to-end client delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage large volumes of complex information under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive the onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while appropriately escalating risks or issues.
