Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a client-facing program implementation lead to guide onboarding and setup of complex pharmacy solutions for a diverse client portfolio.

You will own end-to-end account management, from intent gathering and planning to implementation and transition to account management, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product/health plan implementation experience.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions and strategies aligned with goals.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously with attention to detail.
