Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a program implementation and onboarding lead for complex pharmacy solutions. You will guide clients on product selection, plan design, and solution strategies while coordinating with internal and external partners to meet critical timelines.

The role emphasizes delivering a best-in-class client experience to drive retention and growth of the MPS book of business, with end-to-end ownership from intent gathering to transition to account management, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Highly detail-oriented, with ability to manage large volumes of complex information under tight deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight from leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training or relevant professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while appropriately escalating risks or issues
