Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a results-driven onboarding and implementation lead for complex pharmacy programs. You will guide clients on product selection and plan designs, coordinating with internal and external partners to meet tight timelines and ensure client satisfaction.

With a focus on retention and growth of the MPS book, you will own end-to-end client delivery, from intent gathering to transition of accounts, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product and/or health plan implementation.
• 3+ years in healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail-oriented with handling large volumes under deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with goals and operational needs.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while appropriately escalating risks or issues.
