Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned lead to implement and onboard complex pharmacy solutions for a diverse client base. You will guide product selection, plan design, and solution strategies aligned to client business needs.

This client-facing role drives retention and growth of the MPS book. You’ll own end-to-end account management from intent gathering to implementation and transition to account management, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, including end-to-end client delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage large volumes of information under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities.
