Free Market Health, based in Pittsburgh, is seeking a Pharmacy Services Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for pharmacy and specialty practice customers. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, monitor support queues, and help keep day-to-day operations moving smoothly.

You will work with a dedicated team to maintain high-quality service, improve patient experiences, and support the FMH platform’s operational workflows.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communications; professional, diplomatic, and confidential.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Provide primary support by resolving customer issues and managing high-priority cases.
• Monitor program support queues to ensure timely response and resolution.
• Escalate issues to specialized teams for appropriate handling.
• Review reports and complete follow-up actions to support workflows.
• Identify opportunities for training or education and communicate insights to leadership.
• Use required systems to perform daily responsibilities effectively.
• Perform additional duties based on business needs and judgment.
