Job summary

Qualifications

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• 1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained no later than 90 days in role.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain pharmacist schedules across stores in the district; create templates and coverage plans.
• Track pharmacist payroll weekly and ensure accurate entry and reporting.
• Seasonally manage vaccine clinic scheduling three weeks in advance.
• Support additional administrative needs to sustain day-to-day pharmacy operations.
