Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Pharmacy Coordinator to support the scheduling and staffing of pharmacies across the market. You will ensure pharmacist schedules are created on time, manage coverage plans, and assist with immunization clinics and payroll submissions for pharmacists.

Reporting to the Pharmacy District Leader, you will help strengthen operations, maintain compliance with state boards, and use scheduling systems to optimize coverage and accuracy across stores.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained within 90 days where required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to regular and flexible work schedules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy District Leader to ensure schedules and payroll are accurate.
• Coordinate data entry and timekeeping across pharmacies.
• Support outside immunization clinics and client relationships.
