Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a District Pharmacy Coordinator (DPC) to coordinate pharmacist schedules across their market and support clinic staffing. The 30-hour weekly role may include up to 10 extra hours as a CVS Technician to stay close to operations and enhance market performance.

The DPC will manage timekeeping and payroll, ensure coverage, and partner with the Pharmacy District Leader on staffing and regulatory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain Pharmacist schedule for stores in the district, including creation and maintenance of Pharmacist templates, appropriate scheduling of DSPs, pharmacist vacation coverage, and the maintenance of staffing contingency plans.
• Track pharmacist payroll weekly and submit per the CVS Pharmacist Payroll Administrative Guide, including time off and shift requirements.
• Seasonally manage vaccine clinic scheduling three weeks in advance and revise schedules to cover clinics, preventing client escalations.
• Support additional administrative needs to ensure safe, compliant pharmacy operations, including Workday delegate tasks and PIC/POA registrations.
