Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in retail or corporate environments, strong communication, and proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, on-site role in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Regular and predictable attendance is required; flexibility may be needed to meet business needs.
• 1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained no later than 90 days in role; state requirements vary.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate to achieve goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain pharmacist schedules across stores in the district; create templates and vacations; maintain staffing contingency plans.
• Track pharmacist payroll weekly; enter leave and schedule requirements; review for QA prior to submission.
• Seasonally manage vaccine clinic scheduling; input clinics three weeks in advance and balance priorities.
• Support Rx DL with administrative tasks, audits, and system changes as needed.
