Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail or corporate environment.
• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician licensure/certification must be obtained within 90 days where required by state boards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pharmacist schedules are created and published on time with coverage and contingencies.
• Support scheduling of outside immunization clinics and maintain client relationships.
• Serve as a timekeeping administrator for market pharmacists and payroll submission.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy District Leader to manage registrations and issue follow-ups when needed.
• Communicate clearly and document processes to maintain accuracy and compliance.
