Qualifications

• Experience scheduling and staffing in a multi-store district.
• Familiar with payroll processes and time entry.
• Experience with vaccine clinic scheduling and staffing planning.
• Ability to support regulatory and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain Pharmacist schedules across the district, including templates, DSPs, vacation coverage, and contingency plans.
• Track and submit pharmacist payroll weekly with time entries and QA review.
• Seasonally manage vaccine clinic scheduling and adjust pharmacist coverage to prevent gaps.
• Support administrative tasks and system workday delegation, audits and ticket resolutions.
