Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a District Pharmacy Coordinator to organize pharmacist schedules across the market, ensure timely payroll submission, and coordinate vaccine clinics. The role supports the Pharmacy District Leader and ensures coverage and compliance for day-to-day operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (Associates preferred), 1–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling/payroll systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained no later than 90 days in role; licensure requirements vary by state.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; able to work with accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain pharmacist schedules for stores in the district, including vacancies and contingency plans.
• Track pharmacist payroll weekly and ensure accurate time entry per guidelines.
• Seasonally manage vaccine clinic scheduling and coverage.
• Support Rx DL with administrative duties, transfers, PIC/POA registrations, audits, and related tasks.
