Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking an Analyst, Pharmacy Quality to support teams and operations. The role develops, implements, and monitors processes to audit key performance metrics, and reports to leadership on associate KPIs.

The Quality Analyst will monitor calls for empathy, accuracy, and policy adherence, documenting outcomes and coaching needs to drive improvement. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, identifying trends, calibrating scoring, updating rubrics and SOPs, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in call-center quality assurance or related fields preferred.
• Experience with Calabrio or similar quality management tools preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Commitment to compliance objectives and cooperative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion for helping teams succeed based on individual needs and feedback.
• Participate in Quality Management Program with scorecards to assess empathy, accuracy, and compliance.
• Identify trends and systemic barriers affecting patient experience or workflow.
• Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency and reliability.
• Recommend updates to scorecards, workflows, and coaching tools.
• Maintain knowledge of quality standards, systems, and policies.
• Collaborate with Training & Development to align QA findings with curriculum.
• Ensure resources and technology are used efficiently by teams.
• Support compliance objectives and document audit processes.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis in cross-functional sessions.
• Able to travel to other campuses and training events.
• Other duties as assigned.
