Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking an Analyst, Pharmacy Quality to join our team. This role collaborates with area leaders to develop, implement, and monitor processes to obtain and audit key performance metrics, focusing on patient care quality and compliance.

The Quality Analyst will review calls, document outcomes, create training plans, and partner with teams to drive improvements. Occasional travel to other campuses is expected; remote work options are available under our remote program.

Qualifications

• Experience in call-center quality assurance or performance evaluation preferred.
• Experience with pharmacy operations or related field preferred.
• Experience with Calabrio or similar quality management tools preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• The ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion for helping teams succeed based on their needs and feedback.
• Participate in a Quality Management Program using established scorecards.
• Identify trends and systemic barriers affecting patient experience or workflow.
• Calibrate scoring with leaders to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Recommend updates to scorecards, workflows, and coaching tools.
• Support training design and curriculum alignment with QA findings.
• Travel to other campuses and training events as needed.
• Assist with compliance objectives and audit processes.
