Job summary

Aptino, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Louisville, KY, to provide support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers through phone-based customer service. This role involves handling calls, resolving inquiries, and processing prescription refills.

After a 6-8 week onsite training period, there is an opportunity for hybrid work based on performance. The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience, strong communication skills, and a Pharmacy Technician Registration.

Qualifications

• Previous call center experience preferred.

• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.

Contract: 6 Months (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers through phone-based customer service and order support.

Schedule

• Training (First 6–8 Weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite)
• After Training: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Hybrid work opportunity available after successful completion of training and performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
• Share accurate information regarding prescriptions, orders, and services.
• Process prescription refills and schedule medication shipments.
• Follow up with customers and provide next steps when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Healthcare or pharmacy-related experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
• Pharmacy Technician Registration is required before or on the first day of employment.
