Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Overland Park, KS to serve as the first point of contact for patients and caregivers. You will triage calls, gather demographics and plan information, communicate with physicians when information is missing, and prepare shipping materials for the pharmacy team.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, effective communication, and collaboration with pharmacists to ensure patient safety and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Good communication skills, both written & verbal, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and triaging inbound phone calls.
• Receiving and completing scheduling calls via dialer or outbound queues; gathering demographics, plan information, patient history and other data and documenting in pharmacy application as necessary.
• Contacting physicians for missing or required information.
• Processes document intake queue for pharmacy technician processing.
• Prepares shipping materials for packing stations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Identify and report adverse events pursuant to program requirements.
• Identify, document, and report safety information.
