Responsibilities

• Schedule calls; gather demographics and plan information and document in system.
• Contact physicians for missing information.
• Process document intake for pharmacy technicians.
• Prepare shipping materials for packing stations.
• Identify and report adverse events as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
