Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of medical or pharmacy related experience.
• Or Associate's Degree in science/health with three (3) years of related experience.
• Or Bachelor's Degree in science/health with one (1) year of related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, organizational, conflict resolution, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process patient medication orders for the Medication Adherence Program.
• Handle new order deliveries, refill orders, and new patient onboarding.
• Track medication adherence and document calls in the EMR.
• Create SOPs and train new call center employees.
• Rotate through assigned clinic based on operational need.
