• Monitor compliance with hospital and manufacturer policies for medication assistance programs.
• Coordinate medication assistance program activities with hospital and clinics; participate in regular meetings with treatment teams.
• Communicate with patients, insurance plans, and treatment teams; document across multiple software programs.
