Qualifications

• 5 years medical or pharmacy experience required.

• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process patient medication orders (new orders, refills, onboarding).
• Maintain medication adherence tracking and communication with providers.
• Document patient calls in the EMR system.
• Rotate through assigned clinics based on operational need.
