Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification required.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities, including prescription data entry and medication preparation.
• Support non-clinical operations and ensure accurate pharmacy workflow.
• Engage customers to provide positive experiences and respond to requests.
• Supervise, coach and manage pharmacy technicians and cashiers as directed.
• Maintain records, inventory, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
