Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical pharmacy operations and patient experiences. Under pharmacist supervision, you will process prescriptions, assist with inventory, and help manage daily workflow to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You will lead training, participate in community outreach, and help coordinate immunization clinics while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PTCB certification is required (except Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist in delivery of patient care including prescription data entry and preparing medications.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians and ensure efficient workflow.
