Job summary

You will also be involved in training and coaching pharmacy technicians, scheduling, and performance management to ensure high standards and compliant practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities under supervision.
• Ensure efficient pharmacy workflow and a positive patient experience as a full-time certified pharmacy technician.
• Assist pharmacist with patient care activities including prescription data entry and medication preparation.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians; participate in scheduling and staffing.
