Qualifications

• BS Pharm or PharmD degree required.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience within infusion services related to USP 797/800.
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state where the pharmacy resides.
• Strong project management ability and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and implementation of production protocols and staff education on USP 797/800.
• Performs and oversees internal audits of production staff for sterile compounding and cleaning.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures and trains staff on USP 797/800 guidelines.
• Develops staffing models to ensure appropriate staffing to meet business demands.
