Job summary

Your Talent Team in Decatur, GA is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee the operations of all departments, including pharmacy, admin, and sales, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The role also evaluates finances and collaborates with owners on performance and therapy implementation.

As PIC, you will lead the pharmacy team, uphold USP standards for sterile compounding, and drive strategic planning to improve revenue and care quality

Qualifications

• B.S or PharmD in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong communication with staff, referral sources, physicians, and patients.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service and advanced computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding of operating a profitable business.
• Preferred: 3 years clinical experience.
• Preferred: Experience managing pharmacy support personnel.
• Preferred: Infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience.
• Preferred: Sterile compounding training.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy operations in compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Oversee the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Act as liaison between the Board of Management and staff.
• Interview, orient, and evaluate employees across departments.
• Uphold regulatory mandates in healthcare provision.
• Resolve questions and issues across departments as a resource.
• Implement and uphold company policies and protocols for service.
• Participate in strategic planning to increase revenue and care quality.
• Maintain knowledge of USP <797> for sterile compounding quality.
• Lead performance improvement and staff assignments.
• Review charts and lab results for acceptance, device, and supply decisions.
• Assess physician medication orders for safety, cost, and accuracy.
• Monitor patient progress and share results with the healthcare team.
• Supervise compounding, packaging, and labeling of products.
• Train new employees and participate in on-call rotation.
