Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care, prescription data entry, and medication preparation as allowed by law.
• Maintain efficient pharmacy workflow and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Handle patient registration, calls and insurance claims processing; follow up with insurers.
