Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in the delivery of patient care including prescription data entry and medication preparation.
• Lead training, coaching and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Manage non-clinical operations, inventory, and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Handle customer service, insurance claims processing, and support Pharmacy Manager in operational improvement.
