Job summary

Under pharmacist supervision, you will handle prescription processing, patient interaction, and participation in training and performance management of pharmacy technicians, while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification required (not in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care, including prescription data entry and medication preparation.
• Work under pharmacist supervision, handling non-clinical tasks and administrative duties.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and ethics.
• Manage inventory and reports per regulations.
