Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and recommend changes to prescriber.
• Set expectations for staff, measure performance and provide feedback.
• Lead Lean initiatives to meet and exceed operating plans.
• Maintain licensure and comply with state/federal pharmacy laws.
