Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Lead Pharmacist D&F to lead a mail-order pharmacy team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care. You will supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, while aligning with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities include developing mail-service strategies, maintaining regulatory knowledge, and upholding HIPAA/privacy standards, with collaboration on new product launches and day-to-day leadership of the pharmacy facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctorate preferred.
• 4-6 years in a pharmacy supervisory role managing licensed technicians and pharmacists.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategies for mail-service pharmacy operations.
• Maintain up-to-date regulatory information across geographies.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal pharmacy rules and PHI privacy (HIPAA).
• Collaborate with leadership to implement new product launches.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Doctorate preferred)
