Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time, non-clinical pharmacy technician to support daily pharmacy operations and provide excellent patient experiences. Under pharmacist supervision, you will enter prescriptions, prepare medications, and assist with health services as allowed by law.

You will lead technician training, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Strong English communication and prior retail/pharmacy experience are required.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required.
• One year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist pharmacist in patient care, including prescription data entry, medication preparation, and patient calls under supervision.
• Lead training and supervision of pharmacy technicians and cashiers, including coaching and performance management.
