Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience under pharmacist supervision.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under the guidance of a pharmacist and trained staff.
• Entrust and guide pharmacy technicians in scheduling, development, and performance management; make decisions on discipline and termination in alignment with company policy.
