Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Pharmacy Technician Certification a plus.
• At least 2 years’ work experience in a manufacturing/distribution setting preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to develop and assist team members.
• General PC knowledge; MS Office, Internet, email.
• Excellent oral, written and phone communication skills.
• Experience in training and coaching less experienced staff.
• Advanced problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
