Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services and The Cigna Group, seeks a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a team of inbound phone technicians serving specialty patients. The role includes directing workflow, monitoring performance, and developing process improvements.

The position offers a Mon-Fri 8a-5p EST schedule with day-one benefits, PTO, 401(k), and potential annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years relevant experience required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and WebEx skills.
• Excellent oral, written and phone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a team of inbound phone technicians.
• Monitor productivity and performance, directing workflow and projects.
• Coordinate schedules and resources across teams (RMG, ASA).
• Develop programs to improve internal and external customer service.
• Coach and provide feedback to staff on quality, attendance and productivity.
• Handle complex escalations and drive process improvements.
