Job summary

Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee pharmacy operations, drive workflow, and ensure productivity. You will lead a team, coach staff, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes building a collaborative culture, managing performance, and delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers. Evening/night hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience managing teams in a distribution/fulfillment or pharmacy dispensing setting
• Valid Pharmacy Technician License/Registration is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop team members
• Proficient in PC use; MS Office, Internet, email
• Excellent oral, written and phone communication
• Experience in training and coaching staff
• Advanced problem solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment and make independent decisions
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive team environment and ensure best practices are shared
• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage workflow and project assignments
• Develop, coach, and provide feedback to employees concerning quality, reliability, accountability and productivity
• Assist in development of programs and process improvements to enhance customer service
• Oversee team and individual performance standards and service standards are met
