Job summary

The Cigna Group, at the Tempe Accredo fulfillment pharmacy, seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, monitor productivity and performance, and direct workflow and project assignments.

You will promote a positive team environment, coach staff, implement process improvements, and collaborate with other departments to meet service standards and resolve issues.

Shift hours include Sunday 7am-3:30pm and Monday-Thursday 10am–7pm; on-site work at Tempe, AZ location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Pharmacy Technician Certification a plus.
• 2+ years of work experience in a manufacturing/distribution setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, Internet, and email.
• Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills.
• Experience in training and coaching less experienced staff.
• Advanced problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Adaptability to a dynamic working environment and independent decision making.
• Shift availability: Sun 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Thu 10am–7pm.
