Job summary

Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative to manage workload distribution and monitor workflow for the assigned area to ensure timely and accurate completion.

The role requires a current Florida Pharmacy Technician license and strong leadership and communication skills. Schedule is on-site: Sunday 7am-3pm, Mon-Thu 11:30am-8pm, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Pharmacy Technician license.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience leading people or a team in warehouse setting is preferred.
• General PC knowledge with Word/Excel/PowerPoint and email is preferred.
• Knowledge of dispensing pharmacy concepts and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Distribute workload and workflow for the assigned area, including scheduling and resource shifting.
• Serve as first-line resource for team questions/issues, coordinating with supervisor.
• Manage productivity issues, propose solutions, communicate status, escalate as needed.
• Assist in ensuring policies and procedures are followed and goals are met/exceeded.
• Assist in developing and updating policies, training materials, and cross-training staff.
