Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services under The Cigna Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a team of inbound phone technicians serving specialty patients. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, monitor productivity, and direct workflow.

The role requires a High School diploma, 3+ years of relevant experience, and pharmacy tech certification preferred. Shift Mon-Fri 8a-5p EST, competitive salary with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Leadership ability and experience coaching team members.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive team environment and share best practices.
• Coordinate schedules with RMG, ASA and workflow for the team.
• Oversee and assist in complex escalations.
• Assist in development of programs and process improvements to enhance customer service.
• Oversee team performance standards and ensure service metrics are met.
• Develop, coach, and provide feedback to employees on quality, accountability, attendance, and productivity.
