Job summary

Walgreens in Corona, CA seeks a full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician to support non-clinical and clinical workflows under pharmacist supervision.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in delivery of patient care including patient registration, prescription data entry, preparation and verification of medications.
• Handle patient calls and assist with vaccines, health screenings, and other services as allowed by law.
• Lead technician performance management, training, scheduling, and discipline under pharmacy management.
• Manage daily pharmacy workflow, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain inventory and records.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy Manager on reporting, security, and operational improvements.
