Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including prescription data entry, preparation and verification of medications.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians; handle discipline when needed.
• Manage non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow and customer experience.
• Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate community outreach and off-site immunization clinics as directed by Pharmacy Manager.
