Job summary

Under pharmacist supervision, you will handle prescription data entry, patient registration, calls, and participate in health services such as vaccines and screenings where allowed.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including data entry and preparation of medications.
• Ensure compliant dispensing and adherence to Good Faith Dispensing policies.
• Lead training, scheduling and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Manage inventory and records as directed by supervisor and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient questions to ensure a positive experience.
