Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient registration, prescription data entry, preparation and verification of medications.
• Support vaccination and health screening services where allowed by law.
• Delegate non-clinical tasks and manage pharmacy workflow to ensure on-time performance.
• Prepare and file records required by company and government agencies.
• Lead technician training, coaching, and performance management under supervisor.
